 ARISE AFTER A FALL

             It is ok if you are fall ,but the next second you must arise quickly.

             Because the fall will push you down ,the arise will let you grown more stronger than before.

             Don't wait for the other's help to lift you up.

             If you wait for that then you will never arise after a fall, because no one will life you up.

             Only you ,will lift you up always in each and and every moment, every second.

             When you lift you up after a fall you will surely stand on your own very strongly and bravely.

              So arise when you fall on your own, like a sunshine.

              The sunshine will glitter always.
